Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces white chocolate finely chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar plus more for coating
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Melt the white chocolate gently until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
