Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Cook egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
While noodles cook, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula, until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked egg noodles, browned ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, French onion dip, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with 1 cup French fried onions.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining 1 cup French fried onions and drizzle with melted butter.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through and onions are golden and crispy.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
