  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking dish
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Serrated bread knife

  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Add half the garlic powder and onion powder. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating individual rolls. Place bottom half in prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread half the mozzarella cheese over bottom buns. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture evenly on top. Add remaining mozzarella and pepper jack cheese. Place top buns over everything.
  5. Mix melted butter with remaining garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush generously over top buns.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until tops are golden brown and cheese is melted. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing apart.

Notes

  • Keep rolls connected for easier assembly and even baking
  • Use rotisserie chicken for fastest prep
  • Let sliders rest before cutting so cheese sets up
  • Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days, reheat at 350°F for 10 minutes
