Whisk together the Caesar dressing, sour cream, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and half of the Parmesan until smooth.
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 8 to 12 minutes, until the thickest part reaches 74°C.
Broil for 1 to 2 minutes if desired, watching carefully until the Parmesan is golden. Rest the chicken for five minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
