Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices brioche bread or thick soft sandwich bread
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or thick plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries blueberries or sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar optional for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350F.
  2. Whisk together the yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Press the center of each bread slice to make a shallow well.
  4. Spoon the custard into the bread centers and top with berries.
  5. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Serve warm with powdered sugar or a drizzle of honey.
